APHC urges world to settle Kashmir dispute as per UNSC resolutions
December 13, 2023

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has denounced India’s dreaded Investigation agencies for carrying out house raids and harassing and humiliating people in subzero temperatures.

In a statement in Srinagar, APHC spokesman urged international community to settle the Kashmir dispute as per UNSC resolutions to bring an end to the miseries of the Kashmiri people.

On the other hand, New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency launched raids at multiple locations in Islamabad and Kulgam districts today.

The SIA sleuths along with the personnel of Indian Central Reserve Police Force and police barged into houses, mostly belonged to Hurriyat leaders and activists, and seized mobilephones, computers, laptops, bank and property documents. Besides, the forces’ personnel harassed the inmates during the raids in the two districts.

Meanwhile, APHC-AJK chapter Convener, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, in a letter has drawn the attention of the UN Secretary General and permanent member states towards the Indian Supreme Court’s verdict, which is in direct conflict with the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, pledged by the United Nations Security Council.
