Illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan says India has been committing serious human rights violations in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. 

In a statement from New Delhi’s Tihar Jail on the day of the International Day for Tolerance, he appealed to the international community to impress upon India to take concrete steps for settlement of the Kashmir dispute.

He said BJP-led Modi regime has waged a war against the defenceless Kashmiris for their genuine demand of right to self-determination.
