The first phase of India’s sham elections is underway in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

With over a million Indian troops watching over the polls, the electoral process has been rigged to favor pro-India parties through manipulative reforms and gerrymandering, diluting Muslim representation.

Neutral experts and locals have condemned the process as a farce and termed the polls as a military drill.

Experts and analysts have condemned New Delhi’s attempts to legitimize its occupation of IIOJK through these staged elections. Kashmiris are demanding a UN-sanctioned plebiscite, not manipulated polls.
