Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris; no Indian claims can alter this: APHC
October 19, 2024

All Parties Hurriyat Conference has firmly asserted that Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris and will always remain theirs, emphasizing that no Indian claims can change this reality.

APHC said this in response to the recent remarks made by Indian Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal wherein he parroted the traditional New Delhi’s integral mantra stance on Kashmir.

APHC criticized Indian authorities for misleading both the Indian public and the international community with illogical and unrealistic assertions regarding Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Indian police have arrested two youth during a cordon and search operation in Poonch.

On the other hand, indefinite hunger strike led by Ladakhi climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and his supporters at Ladakh Bhawan in Delhi has entered its 14th day today.

In a show of solidarity, leaders from All India Kisan Sabha, a left-affiliated farmers’ organization, visited Wangchuk and the fasting activists.

They called on people across India to support the democratic struggle of Ladakh’s residents and resist the Modi-Shah government's threats to democracy.
