All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) says Indian government is using elections as a veil to hide its atrocities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

In a statement in Srinagar, APHC spokesman said India has deployed an excessive military who are treating civilians as enemies. 

He said India’s use of brute force violates international laws, despite UN resolutions affirming the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination through a plebiscite.

APHC spokesman urged the UN to fulfill its duty to resolve Kashmir dispute and halt the bloodshed in IIOJK, emphasizing the imperative for international intervention to address humanitarian crisis unfolding in the territory.
