The All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has expressed serious concerns over illegal detention of its leaders and imposition of property tax in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

In separate statements, APHC leaders including Shabbir Ahmed Shah and Ghulam Ahmed Gulzar condemned the BJP-led regime in India for keeping Kashmiri leaders in jails without trial to keep them away from people of the occupied territory.

They said political victimization and other brutal tactics employed by Narendra Modi-led fascist regime cannot suppress the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue their ongoing freedom struggle.

Meanwhile, in a statement in Islamabad, APHC-AJK leader Sultan Butt strongly condemned custodial killing of Kashmiri youth Abdul Rashid Dar in Kupwara district.
